I've used the Burt's Bee's one before. Smells nice, and is really thick- so it creates a good barrier. One application lasts a long time- even two or three diaper changes. Only bad part is it is so thick- it's a bit hard to get off if it gets on anything you don't want it get on! But still a good product.

I love Burt's Bees! It's not quite the same type of green products that I sell on Event Horizon, my green products site, but I am definitly thinking about carrying some of their products.
