Wee Go bottle by Babylife
Glass bottles don't contain BPA. But some people are think glass bottles can break easily. The Wee*Go bottle from BabyLife answered that concern by putting a rubbery sleeve around the outside of the bottle to protect the glass and give baby an easy surface to hold on to. The sleeves come in several colors. The entire bottle assembly is free of BPA, PVC, and polycarbonates. The bottle and sleeve can go into the dishwasher together for easy cleaning. The cap and ring should be hand washed, though.

You are right, we tried going to local stores and they are out of glass baby bottles. They all offer to order them but my Mom Boss bought them online. She says some online stores are out of stock as well! I don't mind using glass bottles at all. They heat well, keep heat longer, dishwasher safe and clean easily.

The bottle and the sleeve can be boiled or put in the dishwasher together. The sleeve has a good grip. Bottle fits any standard size nipple, including Dr. Brown's. I haven't broken one despite my dropping them several times. They came with caps for storage and mixing. They fit the medela breast pump without an adapter (like the avent bottles required.) We have had them for 3 months and they still look like new and work great.
I think these bottles are fine. All arms get tired feeding babies, I think each individual will like different bottles depending on the size of their hands. Whatever the parents choose, I use, don't complain.
